Moose is more of a special guest star, than a secondary character, per se. He doesn't play a huge role in most episodes, instead showing up for cameo appearances.

A suave, hipster-type, Moose will often be interrupted or otherwise irritated by Dood, while going about his business. He has a classy, and dignified persona, and doesn't take kindly to his space or privacy being invaded by the likes of Dood.

He doesn't have a lot of patience for Dood's shenanigans, and will generally dispatch him pretty quickly, before returning smoothly to what he was doing before the rude intrusion.
